About
Guiding projects from research and structured flows through to designing dashboards, navigation, UI components, and full interfaces.
Figma & FigJam
Design System
Creating a unique design system for the entire project to ensure consistency and alignment between designers and developers, resulting in a unified and well-structured user experience.
I’ve created a free, open-source component library in Figma to help designers streamline their projects and maintain consistency. The project receives regular updates with new components and improvements.
Design Principles
Spacings and scaling
The scale follows a geometric progression: each tier approximately doubles (or increases in powers of 2), balancing precision at small scales with efficiency at large scales.
+4px increments (0–48px
+8px increments (56–128px)
+16px increments (144–256px)
+32px increments (288–384px)
+64px & +128px increments (448–1280px)

Typography
Typography spacing system is built on a 26px base unit, derived from body text line height (16px × 1.6), ensuring consistent vertical rhythm across layouts. Headings placed before paragraphs use tighter spacing (4–26px), while paragraphs followed by headings use larger values (32–104px) to create clear separation. Between headings, after-paragraph values apply (e.g., H1–H2 = 78px), maintaining hierarchy and flow. By scaling all margins with fixed multipliers, we achieve balance, readability, and visual harmony—never skipping heading levels to preserve structure.
